MEET THE STAFF

MaryAnn DeFrancesco is the Director/Owner of M & M Learning Institutes, Inc., DBA as Stepping Stones Learning Institute since December 1998. MaryAnn’s credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from The College of New Jersey and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Services from Rider University. MaryAnn is in the process of completing her Ed.S. Degree from Rider University. MaryAnn is a certified Teacher and Supervisor. In addition, MaryAnn is certified as an Elementary School Counselor for grades K through 12.

Christopher Gallagher has been a Preschool Teacher at Stepping Stones for the past eight years and enjoys working in Early Childhood. Chris enjoys teaching 3 and 4 year-old children and provides a structured learning environment that supports the overall development of young children.

Beth Videtto has been a Preschool Teacher with Stepping Stones Learning Institute since 2001. Beth earned her undergraduate Degree in Psychology from The College of New Rochelle, New York, and a Master’s Degree n Early Childhood from the University of Phoenix.

Melissa Erney Garcia, Family Worker, has been employed with Stepping Stones Learning Institute since 2002. Melissa has a degree in University Studies with an emphasis on Family Consumer Science and Social Studies. Melissa is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Special Education.

Hello my name is Mrs. Michele, I am a teacher at Stepping Stones.  I have been at Stepping Stones for two years now and I have been teaching for 6 years.  I have been working in the early childhood education field for over 20 years.  Being in the classroom with children is my passion and something I really love and enjoy doing.  Helping to educate young children and watching them learning and grow is an amazing experience.  I have my Bachelors Degree from Rider University and completed the alternate route teaching program from TNCJ.

Hi! My name is Maria Solis, I have been a Stepping Stones staff for about 4 years now. I love working with kids, seeing them grow up and being a light in their lives. I am going to school to become a teacher and I hope this is something that I can do for the rest of my life. Much love.

Hello my name is Sabrina Vargas, I am a Teacher Assistant at Stepping Stones learning Institute. I have been with Stepping Stones for 16 years. My passion for children is that they can be provided with love and support through every area of their life. I want children to feel a sense of belonging and help them to achieve their goals.
